“We started working with CMA in August of 2007, before then all of our marketing was conducted in-house and our approach was slightly hap-hazard. I asked CMA initially to rebrand our company for a forthcoming major defence show and I can honestly say that the work CMA did on this small project really helped to launch us in to the defence sector.
With CMA we came up with our company strap line “Champions of Safety” which is now used in all marketing materials whether it be Motorsport, Defence or Industrial sectors. All of our print advertising is handled by CMA and a yearly schedule is set, allowing us to set budgets and ensure we are maximising our exposure. They handle our press releases to ensure they reach our targeted audience and are on hand to answer questions from the media about new products, business or the company.
We are also users of CMAil, CMA’s own electronic mail out facility and issue regular newsletters to our customers in a very targeted manner, this tool allows us to email certain customers from different sectors with specific information. CMA handle the layout of the graphics and I brief them on the content, which has been very successful. My other business Old Hall Performance also uses this facility on a weekly basis, to great effect.
CMA further look after our exhibition displays and have further assisted me on the refurbishment of our new factory to ensure the Lifeline message and ethos is portrayed throughout the building.
